Nicole W. Moore

Nicole Ward Moore is a Board Certified Adoption Attorney, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, a certified adoption coach, and a podcast host. She has practiced exclusively in the area of adoption law throughout the State of Florida and in conjunction with out-of-state placements since 2004. She is also a member of the prestigious Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), the Florida Adoption Council, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.

Nicole represents adoption agencies, adoptive parents, and birth parents. She handles domestic adoptions, interstate adoptions, relative adoptions, stepparent adoptions, adult adoptions, name changes and more. Nicole also offers adoption mediation services and adoption coaching for families that are new to adoption. Nicole has placed almost 1,000 children in forever homes. She often speaks publicly on the subject of adoption law and even taught adoption law at Barry Law School.

Nicole graduated with high honors from the University of Florida in 2001 with a B.S. degree in Journalism and Communications. Nicole then received her J.D. degree in 2004 from the University of Florida, College of Law, where she graduated with honors, and immediately began practicing adoption law.

When Nicole is not helping her clients build their own family, you can find her with son, Kingston, and Toy Goldendoodle, Bear.
